Reception: From 9:00 to 12:30.

Check-in: From 16:00 to 20:00.

Check-out: By 11:00.

Rules of stay

• Do not leave food in your room or in common areas.

• External guests are not allowed without prior notification and registration at reception.

• Failure to comply with the cleaning rules will result in a penalty of €50.

• If there is any damage, please report it promptly. Cost may be charged.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room, bathroom and window. Violation will result in an immediate penalty of €50.

Children: If you are travelling with little ones, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you need a cot. This service is available at an additional cost of €25 per day; free for children under 2 years.

Pets: Dogs are welcome (with advance notice), at a cost of €10 per stay. They cannot be left alone in the room for more than 2 hours and must not climb onto the beds. Access must be guaranteed for cleaning in the morning.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations due to bad weather are not included among the free ones.

• You can cancel a reservation within 7 days without penalty.

• In case of no-show, changes or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per day, to be paid upon check-out.

Breakfast:

• A rich buffet breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30.

• Please notify us in case of allergies and/or intolerances.

Frigobar: Consumptions must be reported at check-out.

Events: Please let us know in advance if your stay is a special occasion you wish to celebrate (anniversary, birthday, etc.) so that we can personalize your experience.

Parking: BBQ Lodge does not have its own parking. There is a large public car park nearby (see Where we are for more information).
